CREATIVE MASTERY SERIES
Unleash your creative genius
Hi, my name is Daniel Serva.
Over the last few years my surreal images have been shared by thousands and thousands of people and seen at least 9 million times across the globe (probably more since I cannot count that precisely). I was featured on instagram's official page, commissioned to create pieces for big brands in the industry. My images have been used for advertising campaigns for brands like Photoshop (2020). And I’ve worked with brands like Adobe, Shutterstock, Skillshare and more.
I have a following of around 200k across platforms and I've taught online courses with more than 16.2k students across the world and counting.
None of this is to brag. But, I want to ensure you know that none of this success was by accident.
All of this is because I mastered the art of creating engaging pieces, training my creativity muscles and building a business around my passion. All of this was by design, and as a result of drawing on years of experience learning and making a lot of mistakes along the way.
Techniques to stay inspired and practice your creativity
To have fresh new ideas to share with the world with a prolific finish
How to use a lot of the tools Photoshop has to offer, in a different way
To observe with detail real life objects and replicate the result in photoshop.
Instructor Bio:
Once purchased, you'll have access to Creative Mastery for at least 10 years.
7+ hours and it'll be updated with new classes after some months. It’s only going to grow overtime.
Some parts of the course are for beginners, especially when we start to edit. It covers off aspects on how to use PS tools, and the foundations of creating a realistic piece. The majority of the course however is step by step information on the techniques I use day in and out for my own creative processes. If you are an advanced editor in the traditional sense, you might find information in here helpful about creativity, how to come up with concepts, out of the box ways to use some PS tools, and great color correction and overall balance advice more specific to surreal art. In the end, I would overall rate this course more beginner to intermediate friendly when it comes to ideas and shooting, and intermediate/advanced friendly when it comes to editing.
I do speak about the importance of composition, the principles to take into account to create a visually pleasing image and show how I take my photos, including some technical aspects. This is not a course where you’ll learn how to use your camera. But if you’re a photographer looking to expand your knowledge, this course is for you.
Anything above Photoshop CS6 is fine.
This is an overall money saving tip. Use a VPN (such as the free option of the Opera internet explorer or Express VPN) and set your location to the USA. Many countries by law require to charge an additional VAT which increases the cost of the course significantly. This isn't something I (Daniel) can control, but by using a VPN with the country set to those with no additional VAT, you'll save significantly. The course should be $197 USD when paid in full (I hope sparing this information doesn't get me in trouble).
